By going the franchise route, you’re not alone on your journey to opening. Our dedicated and professional staff is here to help you every step of the way, starting with your location. We will conduct an extensive market analysis on your selected area or areas, and find the best fit for the Luv 2 Play brand. Our commercial realtor will begin locating possible buildings for your new business, and handle working with the local realtor on the required steps. Once that perfect location is found, we will assist with lease negotiations, getting you the best tenant improvement dollars and lease terms available.
You’ll be assigned a project manager to be your Luv 2 Play liaison for the rest of the process. When the location is decided and the lease is signed, we’ll help you find an architect for your project. We do have a partner architect who will bid the job as well. We highly recommend utilizing this asset as he and his team have worked on many Luv 2 Play locations, making for the smoothest architectural phase. While the architect and their team of engineers is working on your project, our design team will begin the process of designing your custom indoor playground. You will be able to offer feedback in this process.
We will also help locate some general contractors to bid out your job, including a few who have partnered with us and worked on several locations. Your project manager will work with your GC to ensure a smooth construction phase.
Also included with the purchase of your playground is a start up marketing package helping get you ready for grand opening, theming and signage throughout your space, child sized tables for your party rooms, business cards, marketing brochures, table tent cards, comment pads and comment box, discount cards, artwork for digital menus, decals, wallpaper mural for back party room walls, view through window graphics for exterior front windows, initial staff clothing package, grand opening giveaway package, gift cards, initial order of socks for selling, 15 cases of wristbands, and more. Shipping of your custom indoor playground is also included and it will be professionally installed by one of our install teams.
Our team of trainers will come to your site to train your staff in preparation of your grand opening. We also offer ongoing training and support, and are always testing new and fun ideas at our corporate stores. Our annual franchisee convention is a great asset to Luv 2 Play owners as well.
